Open Floor sells templates, membership content, and limited implementation for service shops. It is not a scheduling service, employment service, legal advisor, medical provider, or clinical protocol provider.

You remain responsible for your calendar, bookings, deposits, staff, customer communications, local rules, and business decisions. Open Floor does not guarantee revenue, profit, staff performance, customer demand, or expansion.

Floor Kit is a one-time digital product. Floor Club is billed monthly until canceled. Floor Install is limited implementation and is available only when Open Floor accepts an application.

Do not share member materials outside your shop team. We may update or retire membership material when needed to keep it practical and current.
