Refunds

Floor Kit: request a refund within 14 days if you have not used the materials. Contact support with the email used at checkout so we can review the request.

Floor Club: billed monthly and can be canceled anytime. Cancellation stops the next monthly charge; it does not reverse a month already delivered.

Floor Install: any accepted Install engagement has its delivery terms confirmed before work begins.
