The membership

A small job each month.

01

Floor card

One script, policy, or scoreboard tweak your team can use immediately.

02

12-minute lesson

A short explanation of why the card exists and how to install it.

03

Replacement swipe file

Texts and emails for the place the week gets stuck.

04

Office-hours recording

A practical review to use on your own time. No weekly Zoom promise.

Month 1 / activation

30-day installation calendar.

Days 1–3

Print the scoreboard, choose the weekly review time, and name the person who updates it.

Days 4–7

Read the deposit and cancellation language aloud. Change only the blanks that fit your shop.

Days 8–10

Run the front-desk script on every new booking. Mark the line that creates hesitation.

Days 11–14

Send the confirmation and reminder texts. Check replies at one set time each day.

Days 15–17

Take one owner-off-the-floor half-day. Do not build a new process while you are away.

Days 18–21

Review the scoreboard with the team. Pick one friction point, not five.

Days 22–24

Use the replacement swipe file for the friction point you picked.

Days 25–27

Have the second person update the sheet and run the script without you.

Days 28–30

Run the weekly review again. Keep the line that worked and replace the line that did not.

First floor card

Floor Card 01 — The confirmation is the handoff

Every new booking gets one written confirmation with the time, the deposit, and the change window.

You’re set for [day] at [time]. Your [deposit amount] deposit holds the spot and applies to your visit. Need to move it? Please tell us by [notice window]. Reply YES to confirm.

12-minute lesson outline

Confirmation is the handoff.

  1. 0:00–1:30 — Why the calendar fails when the confirmation lives only in someone’s head.
  2. 1:30–4:00 — The three facts every confirmation needs: time, deposit, change window.
  3. 4:00–7:00 — Read the front-desk card aloud and remove words your team would not use.
  4. 7:00–10:00 — Find the one booking type that needs a different blank, not a new policy.
  5. 10:00–12:00 — Assign who sends it, where it is logged, and when it is checked.

Replacement swipe file

Use the line that fits.

Text: new booking

You’re set for [day] at [time]. Your [deposit amount] deposit holds the spot and applies to your visit. Reply YES to confirm.

Text: change request

We can move you to [option one] or [option two]. Which works? Your deposit stays on the booking.

Text: late cancellation

We received your change after the [notice window] window, so today’s deposit stays with the shop. We can offer [next option] if you want to rebook.
